Forecast for the White Mountains

The whole country is in the grips of a downed real estate market.  Arizona has been especially hard hit. The most recent Sunday edition of the Arizona Republic states that there are over 100,000 homes on the market in the Phoenix area alone!

The White Mountains area , however, will not be as badly affected as the metropolitan areas of Phoenix and Tucson.  That said, we will be down quite a bit though from our usually robust number of sales.  Because we are a large second home.....
