Fall is in the air

Fall is in the air and actually quite symbolic of the times we are in.....

Interest rates creeped up but are now falling again.

Buyers have peaked over the summer but their numbers are falling again.

The market was over saturated with listings, but that number has fallen also.

So, as I have said before..................now is a great time to buy!!
